The double bedroom leads off from the lounge and is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfortable bed, with all bedding supplied. The kitchen and bathroom also adjoin the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, and essentials for self-catering, while the bathroom includes a WC, washbasin, bath, and fitted shower over the bath. Towels are provided for guests’ convenience.

The flat is entered through the shared front door which leads into a small hall and the door to your right goes into the cosy lounge/dining area, the lounge has a double sofa/bed, easy chairs and a TV.

The bedroom which leads off from the lounge has a double bed, wardrobe, etc, (all bedding is supplied).

The kitchen and bathroom also lead off to the lounge. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge, etc.

The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath and fitted shower that works off the bath taps (towels are provided).

The flat has central heating, all-electric and gas are included. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi connection available. Also, we supply Coffee, tea and milk for your arrival.

Parking is in a council-owned car park about a 3-minute walk away and a weekly ticket will cover all of the other 25-30 council car parks in Torbay.

We are not far from Plymouth and Exeter which are both of historical interest, they can both be reached by car, bus or train.

It is a Grade II listed building and has character and is close to all the local amenities and is an interesting busy area of Town.
