Accommodation

Hill Top Farm accommodates up to 14 guests across seven elegant bedrooms arranged over three floors. Each room has been lovingly restored to showcase the property’s character while maximising the spectacular, uninterrupted views of the surrounding Dales.

The ground floor opens with an entrance hallway and boot room leading into a spacious kitchen, complete with an island and stools, double Aga, Smeg appliances, dual dishwashers, Nespresso machine, microwave, Belfast sink, and everything needed for effortless self-catering. The breakfast room seats six, with high chairs available for young guests. An adjoining sitting room provides a cosy spot to relax beside an open fire.

The formal dining room seats up to fourteen guests, making it ideal for group meals or celebrations. From here, guests can descend into the Great Hall, a striking space featuring comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. Beyond this lies a pool room/bar, a smaller sitting area, a cloakroom, and a double bedroom with en suite shower.

Upstairs, the landing opens to a peaceful library area and leads to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite, two additional double bedrooms (each with en suite), a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom.

On the lower ground floor, guests will find a second kitchen and dining area, along with two further bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en suite bath and a twin room with an en suite shower.

For entertainment and relaxation, Hill Top Farm also features a cinema room, games room, and gym, with the games room doubling as a small bike store.

Outdoor Spaces

The exterior of the property is equally impressive, with a paved front driveway, ample parking, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, and chimineas for enjoying long summer evenings outdoors.

One well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge, and children are warmly welcomed, with travel cots and high chairs available on request (guests should bring their own cot linen). Parents are advised to take care with young children around the property’s balconies and staircases, and visitors are encouraged to follow the countryside code when walking dogs in the area.
