Warth Barn House and Barn in Ingleton offer 5-star luxury self-catering holiday accommodation. Nestled in a glorious countryside setting near Carnforth in North Yorkshire, we are perfect for an idyllic break in the country.

Warth Barn:

This beautiful barn has been tastefully converted to offer wonderful accommodation for up to 10 people. Superb features include oak flooring, oak lintels, underfloor heating and double glazing.

The large sitting and dining room has a wood-burning stove set in a stone fireplace with leather sofas as well as patio doors leading onto a paved terrace, ideal for enjoying the fabulous views or the evening sun. A large TV, DVD player, radio/CD and PlayStation 2 are all included for your relaxation as well as a small library of books, videos, DVDs and board games.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high standard with American style fridge freezer, range-style cooker (gas hob, electric oven), dishwasher, microwave and all other modern conveniences and the basement utility room has a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities also guard for wood burning stove and BBQ.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a spacious king-size room with solid oak furniture which has en suite shower room including toilet, basin, shower and heated towel rail, the next bedroom is a double which has a shower cubicle in it and a twin room. The second floor is a large spacious attic room with exposed beams, a TV and an en suite shower room.

Warth House:

This fabulous property was originally the farmhouse and has been sympathetically restored to offer quality accommodation for 9 people. Fantastic features include exposed beams and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Outside there is a gravelled area with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

On the ground floor is a spacious sitting and dining room with comfy seating, a large stone fireplace with wood burning stove, large plasma TV and a DVD and CD player with a small library of books and DVDs. Enjoy some delicious food around the oak dining table which seats 9 people. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which has granite worktops, a dishwasher, an American-style fridge freezer, a range-style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens. French doors lead out onto an enclosed garden.

On the first floor is a king en suite room, a double en suite room and a house bathroom with a freestanding traditional style roll top bath. The second floor also has three single beds and en suite facilities.

Warth Barn has a private car park also a small enclosed paddock, ideal for children's play. Lockable bike storage is available.

Nestling under Ingleborough, one of the famous 'Three Peaks, the village of Ingleton offers a good range of shops including a newsagent, butcher, chemist, gift shops and outdoor shops as well as numerous pubs and places to eat plus a super bakery. Also a climbing wall and an outdoor swimming pool for the more adventurous! The village's well-known White Scar Cave (a mile outside the village on the Hawes road) are open to the public and has a dazzling display of stalactites and stalagmites, caverns and a huge underground lake. Walk the famous Ingleton Waterfalls Trail which takes in some impressive cascades.

The Dales countryside offers numerous walks and cycle routes, with the famous Three Peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Penyghent just a stone’s throw away.
