The Wheelhouse, Brixham, Devon (Sleeps 1-4)

The Wheelhouse is a one bedroom holiday apartment situated in the coastal town of Brixham in Devon.

The flat is entered through the shared front door which leads into a small hall and the door to your right goes into the cosy lounge/dining area, the lounge has a double sofa/bed, easy chairs and a TV.

The bedroom which leads off from the lounge has a double bed, wardrobe, etc, (all bedding is supplied).

The kitchen and bathroom also lead off to the lounge. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge, etc.

The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath and fitted shower that works off the bath taps (towels are provided).

The flat has central heating, all-electric and gas are included. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi connection available. Also, we supply Coffee, tea and milk for your arrival.

Parking is in a council-owned car park about a 3-minute walk away and a weekly ticket will cover all of the other 25-30 council car parks in Torbay.

We are not far from Plymouth and Exeter which are both of historical interest, they can both be reached by car, bus or train.

It is a Grade II listed building and has character and is close to all the local amenities and is an interesting busy area of Town.

Lower Southbrook Farm consists of two beautiful holiday cottages, situated on the outskirts of the village of Whimple. They are an ideal place for visiting many of the popular tourist attractions on the East and South coasts of Devon, as well as Dartmoor and Exmoor, yet situated in a rural position within the stunning and idyllic East Devon countryside.

We have two comfortable single-storey cottages which are adjacent to our owner-occupied farmhouse. All cottages are self-contained, fully furnished and centrally heated throughout the year. Ample car parking is available adjacent to the cottages.

Accommodation in each cottage consists of:

Double bedroom with vanity unit.

Single bedroom with bunk beds.

Kitchen - fitted with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Lounge/dining room with TV, DVD & CD/radio.

Shower room with washbasin and WC.

The bed linen, electricity and central heating are included within the tariff. If required a cot and high chair and other baby equipment, are available, free on request. You can also swim or relax around our outdoor pool which is heated from mid-May until early September.

Lower Southbrook Farm Holiday Cottages are conveniently situated for access to the A30 and M5, making us an ideal base for visiting many of the following tourist attractions. With an abundance of deer, rabbits, foxes, owls, hawks and all manner of other bird species, they can feast their eyes on fabulous wildlife going about its business in their natural habitats.
