Tamarix is a charming family bungalow situated just 150 metres from the shore along the stunning Sussex coast. Located in a quiet no-through road and surrounded by a large fenced shingle and grassed garden, it provides the ideal setting for a peaceful self-catering holiday. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a serene break for two, Tamarix offers the perfect base to relax and unwind.

Tamarix sleeps up to four guests and features a thoughtfully arranged interior to ensure a comfortable stay. Inside, the living and dining area is equipped with cosy sofas, armchairs, a dining table and chairs, a TV with Freeview, and a radio, providing a welcoming space to relax after a day by the sea. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, built-in electric oven and hob, and a fridge with an ice box compartment. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds extra convenience.

The bungalow offers two spacious bedrooms. The first overlooks the rear garden and features two 3' beds with ample storage space. The second bedroom, overlooking the front garden, also includes two 3' beds and additional space for a z-bed suitable for a child. A built-in wardrobe and drawers ensure plenty of storage for guests. The recently refurbished shower room provides a modern touch with a walk-in shower enclosure, electric shower, toilet, hand wash basin with a mirror, and an electric shaver point.

The property offers ample off-road parking for up to three cars, making it convenient for families or groups arriving with multiple vehicles. The spacious garden area is ideal for outdoor relaxation or for pets, which are welcome by arrangement.

Tamarix is available for hire from Easter through to the end of October each year. During high season, holidays are offered on a weekly basis, while short breaks may be available in the low season for £100 per night with a minimum stay of three nights.

Located on the edge of the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Tamarix is perfectly positioned for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, bird watching, and cycling.
