The Cottage provides a comfortable retreat for family gatherings or groups of up to 16 people. With a flexible design, the space can be adjusted to create an expansive open-plan layout. Accessibility is paramount, with all areas on one level, wheelchair-friendly corridors and doors, and ceiling track hoists in three ensuite bedrooms. Sensory impairments are considered in the interior design, ensuring a tranquil environment for all guests.

Our cabins offer a serene countryside getaway, with six newly constructed pods featuring bespoke designs and breathtaking views. Each cabin is adaptable to meet specific needs, with lockable kitchens and bathrooms in some, and open-plan layouts in others. Flexibility extends to bedding configurations, with options for twin singles or king-sized beds, and additional features such as sofa beds and adjustable beds for added comfort.

Bisset's Barn provides an inclusive and educational play space, welcoming individuals of all abilities. Guests can explore Ring Farm, engage in various activities, and enjoy amenities such as a sensory room, gaming consoles, and an accessible indoor hot tub.

Exploring Fife from The Rings offers a diverse range of activities and attractions. The historic market town of Cupar, just 4 miles away, boasts supermarkets, unique shops, and a monthly Farmers Market. Michelin-starred dining at the Peat Inn and a wealth of restaurants further enhance the culinary experience. The Rings, Cupar, Fife (Sleeps 1-16)

The Rings is a large cottage that is situated on a 90-acre farm. It can be divided up to provide accommodation for smaller groups. It offers beautiful views on the outskirts of the town of Cupar. 

We are well designed and equipped for guests with physical challenges whether they are temporary or permanent. The house can accommodate families/groups of 16 people. There are 8 bedrooms, all with en suite wet rooms. 

Each bedroom (apart from room 8) has French doors which lead to decking and parking areas.

Fife has something for everyone, whether you want peace and quiet or buzz and activity. The historic market town of Cupar is only 4 miles away from where a good selection of supermarkets and unique shops can be found, also serviced monthly by a Farmers Market. The area has lovely restaurants including the Michelin Star Peat Inn. Wonderful walks, 117 miles of coastline on the Fife Coastal Path soon to be joined by 65 miles of the Fife Pilgrim Way.
