The flats make up two separate properties beside each other in a row of traditional buildings along the Strand in Hugh Town. Allowing easy access to the shops, beaches, nearby golf course and quay for inter island boats. Flat 2 has a lounge diner at the front with twin bedroom to the rear. The kitchen is off to one side, with the shower and toilet behind, connected by a small passageway. Both flats are equipped with radio, TV, convection heating, microwave, and electric ceramic hob cookers.
