Church Farm is a large 4 bedroomed Victorian farmhouse, sleeping 8 guests. The detached house stands in its own large, private garden with ample parking. The house is less than 2 miles from the quiet, sandy beach at Anderby Creek, whilst the traditional seaside resorts of Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards are close by.

Four bedrooms make up the sleeping accommodation on the first floor. There is one double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms . The fourth bedroom is smaller and contains bunk beds. A bathroom and a shower room are both situated on the first floor. Externally there is a large private garden, patio and BBQ area.

Church Farm is located two miles east of the picturesque beach at Anderby Creek. This unspoilt stretch of coast, lined with sand dunes, is perfect for a day by the sea, for paddling, building sandcastles, flying kites or cloud watching in the quirky ‘Cloud Bar’. The house is located within the heart of Lincolnshire’s Coastal Country Park, with its ancient grazing meadows and nature reserves and offers a natural base for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists to explore the wildlife and wild places of this coastline.

Our charming lodge sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms come with a TV. A well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances and you can unwind in the cosy living area which has 43in LCD TV, with built-in Freeview. You can relax on the veranda or take a dip in the hot tub.

The local area has lots of excellent attractions to see, including Natureland Seal Sanctuary where you can see seals, penguins, butterflies, reptiles and fish. You can stroll along Skegness Pier which has one of the largest amusement centres in Europe. A range of superb attractions is in the local area, including Skegness Aquarium, Fantasy Island, Gibraltar Point, Skegness Model Village & Tower Gardens.
