Isle of Wight Beach Homes consists of two holiday cottages situated on the border of Seaview & St Helens. The cottages are in a great location for exploring the area.

The Coach House - Sleeping ten, this fantastic property is in a fabulous location within the grounds of the old Priory Estate. The stunning vaulted family space has a dining table that seats ten, comfy sofas, and a 48" TV. There are five bedrooms. Outside, in front of the Coach House, there is a large BBQ and garden furniture seating ten people. There is parking for two cars.

Cluniac Cottage - This pretty cottage sleeps up to eight people and has great views over the countryside and out to sea. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you may need, and there is also a separate dining room, plus there are separate sitting and snug rooms giving you plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a large BBQ. There is also off-road parking for two cars.

Both of the properties are located on a small eight-acre estate/garden. There are lots of winding paths for you to explore, through an orchard, past ponds & streams, through woods which then leads down to a beautiful beach. There is an abundance of wildlife to see from badgers to barn owls and you may even see seals and dolphins.
