Mews is a characterful, spacious, open-plan ground-floor apartment for two, converted from the old stables building. It features a renovated kitchen, a large shower and shower room, and a king-size bed separated by original wooden stabling partitions. An excellent wood-burner and efficient heating ensure comfort year-round.

Spry’s

Spry’s is a cosy and affordable snug apartment for two, offering a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a walk-in shower room. The private garden includes a wonderful undercover area for outdoor relaxation. Single occupancy guests benefit from a 15% discount outside the main season.

The Gamekeeper’s Cottage

Recently fully renovated, The Gamekeeper’s Cottage provides a bright and spacious retreat. This two-bedroom property features a secure walled garden ideal for pets. The cottage includes a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with an overhead shower. Guests can enjoy an excellent wood-burner, and couples staying outside the main season receive a 10% discount.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a spacious first-floor cottage featuring French doors that open onto a wide, sunny balcony—perfect for breakfast or evening dining. The cottage offers three bedrooms (a king, double and twin), a kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with an overhead shower, an additional shower room and two toilets.

The Coach House

The Coach House is tucked away behind a private walled garden and is ideal for two generations, sleeping 6+. The ground-floor kitchen overlooks the garden and is adjacent to a small twin room and a large shower room. Up a short flight of stairs, a generous living area overlooks the estate’s cobbled courtyard. The upper floor also features a huge master bedroom, a single bedroom with a set of bunks and a second bathroom with an overhead shower. Two wood-burners ensure a warm and inviting stay, and the layout is perfect for guests travelling with pets.

Our affordable snug apartment for two, bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in shower room. Wonderful undercover area within the private garden. Single occupancy enjoys 20% off outside the main season.

The Gamekeeper’s Cottage:

Recently fully renovated providing great space and light, this two-bedroom cottage also has a wonderful walled garden secure for pets. A 10% reduction is offered to couples only outside the main season. King and twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower above. Excellent wood-burner.

The Old Stables:

The Coach House:

A magical, private walled garden hides the Coach House. Ideal for two generations & sleeping 6+, the ground floor kitchen overlooks the garden, adjacent is a small twin room and large shower room. Up a short flight of stairs, the big living area overlooks the estates' cobbled courtyard. A huge master bedroom is adjacent to a bedroom with a single bed and set of bunks. A second bathroom with an overhead shower is on this floor. Two wood burners. Perfect for pets. We offer a 10% discount for up to three outside the main season.

Tregrehan Garden Holiday Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation in Par near St Austell. Our five Grade II Listed properties in Cornwall each come with their own private garden which surrounds the cobbled courtyard.

Mews:
This spacious property sleeps up to 2 people in a king-size bed behind wooden partitions. Modern en suite facilities are available. The open plan ground floor cottage comes with a private, sunny garden which enjoys sea views. A wood burner will keep you warm in the winter and a well-equipped kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker and coffee machine.

Spry’s:
Our charming one-bedroom cottage comes with a private courtyard and a covered garden room. A few railed steps to the front door lead to the sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom has a queen-size bed. Modern en suite facilities are available. The cosy sitting room has a TV and a DVD player. 

The Gamekeeper’s Cottage:
Front doors open into the fully equipped kitchen with a 50’s hatch which leads through to the dining/living room. The living room comes with a wood burner and a TV/DVD player. A master bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom with an overhand shower.

The Old Stables:
Our large property is tastefully furnished and has two double bedrooms, a twin, bathroom, shower room and a separate loo. The Old Stables overlooks the monkey puzzle garden and the sun streams into the south-facing living room. A balcony area off the kitchen is perfect for relaxing on with a glass or two.

The Coach House:

This lovely cottages spills across two levels. The ground level cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a wood burner. A spacious en suite shower room has extra storage for occupants of the small twin bedroom. A short flight of stairs leads to the living, bathroom and master bedrooms.
