About Luckley Farm Cottages

Originally built in 1795, the cottages retain their historic charm while providing modern comfort and convenience. The largest property sleeps up to 14 people, making Luckley Farm ideal for family gatherings, reunions, celebrations, and corporate retreats.

All cottages are well-equipped and include:

The Farmhouse

The original Farmhouse offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with exposed beams and wooden flooring throughout. A spacious open-plan lounge and dining room features a log fire, and French windows open onto a garden with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a wooden Wendy house for children. The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a double oven and fridge/freezer. Upstairs are six adaptable bedrooms and four large shower/bathrooms. Bedroom arrangements can be configured to suit a variety of groups. Please note that pets are not allowed in The Farmhouse.

The Granary

The Granary has been thoughtfully converted into a spacious two-floor cottage. Upstairs, guests will find an open-plan kitchen and dining space with seating for up to 24, along with a large lounge that includes a drinks bar and opens onto a deck with views across the Cotswold Hills. Downstairs are six flexible bedrooms, three of which are en suite, plus two additional bathrooms. A south-east facing garden with patio, BBQ, and children's swing set completes the property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

The Warren

Just 30 metres from The Granary, The Warren consists of six self-contained bungalow-style rooms. Each room includes Wi-Fi, a TV, hairdryer, a unique ‘cupboard’ kitchenette, en suite shower, and can be arranged as a double or twin. Each room also features a futon that can accommodate an additional adult or older child.

The Snuggle

The Snuggle is a romantic retreat for two, featuring an eco-friendly grass roof, a cosy open-plan layout with kitchen and sitting area, four-poster bed, and separate bathroom. A south-facing patio offers idyllic countryside views, ideal for outdoor dining.

Luckley Farm Cottages can cater for both small and large groups, sleeping up to a total of 48 people. Our holiday cottages are at the very centre of the North Cotswolds, near Moreton-in-Marsh, with miles of rolling Cotswold countryside in every direction.

We have a choice of cottages and can accommodate up to 48 people, with our largest property sleeping 14 guests. They are traditional stone Cotswold barns and cottages built in 1795 and offer comfortable and well-appointed places to stay. Excellent facilities in all the cottages include:

Bed Linen, hand towels, and tea towels included.

Oven/hob/microwave.

Dishwasher/fridge/freezer.

Wifi.

TV/DVD/CD.

Patio garden areas with gas barbecues, and wood furniture.

The Farmhouse:

The original Farmhouse keeps a comfortable family home atmosphere, well suited to families and groups of friends, with wooden flooring and exposed beams throughout. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area includes a warm log fire. The galley style kitchen is well equipped, with a double oven, and double fridge/freezer included. French windows lead out into the garden for relaxing, with garden furniture, BBQ and a wooden Wendy house for children to enjoy. Upstairs are 4 large shower/bathrooms and 6 bedrooms which can be adjusted to suit your group best from 4 double/2 twin - 2 double/4 twin + 2 foldouts if needed that can go into some rooms to make triple rooms. 

The Granary:

The Granary has been converted into a comfortable 2-floor cottage. Upstairs is the well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, with a table to seat up to 12-24. The large lounge has a drinks bar area and access to the decking to enjoy the wonderful view over the Cotswold Hills. Downstairs are the 6 bedrooms, 3 en suites and 2 bathrooms. With flexibility in the room set-up (doubles/twins), The Granary suits all groups very well, including business and pre-wedding groups. The south-east facing patio and garden area are great for BBQs and picnics, and also has a children's swing set. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with responsible owners (by prior arrangement only).

The Warren:

These six rooms are just 30 metres from The Granary and are all self-contained rooms set in a bungalow format. Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, a novel 'cupboard' kitchenette for people to make an early cup of coffee/toast/scrambled egg etc. if wished and a small shower en suite each. The rooms can be made either as double or twin and have a futon in each room which can sleep an extra adult/older child if happy to share.

The Snuggle:

Our wonderful cottage sleeps up to 2 people, boasting an ecologically sensitive grass roof to seamlessly blend in with a gorgeous countryside setting. Inside there is an open plan cottage with a kitchen and sitting area, TV/DVD player, four-poster bed and separate bathroom. A south-facing patio is great for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.
