Holly House – Sleeps 9

Holly House accommodates up to nine guests across five bedrooms. The spacious lounge features a TV, DVD/CD player, wood burner and patio doors opening onto the garden. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, while the dining room comfortably seats up to ten guests. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor, guests will find a single bedroom and an accessible wet room with toilet facilities. The ground floor offers level access throughout, with ramped access from the front door, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms comprising a king-size room with en-suite shower room, a double room, a twin room and a bunk bedroom. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath serves the first floor.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden complete with a picnic table and BBQ.

Hazel Lodge – Sleeps 6

Hazel Lodge provides accommodation for up to six guests. The comfortable lounge includes a wood-burning stove, while the fully equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area with seating for six. Patio doors lead onto a spacious patio and enclosed garden. A utility room with washer dryer is also available.

The ground floor features a king-size bedroom and an accessible wet room with toilet facilities. The entire downstairs area offers level access both indoors and outdoors, with ramped access to both the front and patio doors. A tarmac driveway leading to the games barn further assists guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, guests can relax on the spacious patio with garden furniture and a BBQ while enjoying views across the enclosed garden.

Games Barn

The games barn provides entertainment for all ages and includes a pool table, table tennis table, football table and dartboard. Younger guests can enjoy the 16-foot trampoline with safety net and a selection of children's farm ride-on toys.

The Granary Barn, which is a magnificent newly converted period barn with original exposed beams and brickwork, presents an ideal holiday location for large groups of friends & extended families. The Barn has a large living area which features a first-floor gallery. A private garden overlooks the River Avon with panoramic views of Avon Valley water meadows. There are 2 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedded rooms and a large sofa bed in the living area. The gallery can be set up as a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 twin bedded rooms. There are 6 bathrooms including a disabled wet room. The 50 x 22-foot living area includes an 18-seater dining table, 5 large sofas, a widescreen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and log burner. The kitchen has a 4 oven range cooker, fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer and microwave. Linen, oil-fired central heating, electricity & logs are inclusive. Outside of the barn, there is parking for 10 cars. The Granary has disabled facilities.
