49 Kittiwake in Dartmouth offers outstanding self catering accommodation in a stunning position. Nestled in an elevated position with spectacular views over the River Dart, we are perfect for a memorable holiday in Devon.

Accommodation:

Our wonderful property is beautifully furnished and boasts incredible views of the estuary, Kingswear and out to the sea.

This bright and sunny house has a lovely king room which enjoys glorious views over the Dart Estuary. On the first floor, a lovely entrance hall with stairs leads to the main reception room below, two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom comes with a king size bed and en suite shower room. A family room with a walk-in shower is also available.

Stairs lead to a newly converted bedroom boasting Velux balconies and stunning views of the sea and town. On the upper ground floor is a light filled lounge with two settees, occasional chair, side tables, television, DVD player, a fireplace and a Juliette balcony to savour the view from.

On the lower ground floor is an open plan kitchen/dining area, including a gas double oven, microwave, fridge, wine store and dishwasher.

Outside there a decking area with lots of seating areas, offering a great spot for a glass of wine whilst admiring the views. There is also a small garden area and a decking area offers seating for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Visiting Dartmouth & Exploring Devon:

Dartmouth has a wide range of shops available. You’ll find a Spar, Somerfield, local paper shop and outside the village there is a Sainsburys. Dartmouth Castle sits atop a rocky outcrop at the mouth of the River Dart and enjoys stunning sea views. Dartmouth Museum has a maritime theme and tells the rich history of Dartmouth’s past. Dartmouth Harbour Heights offers outstanding self-catering accommodation in Dartmouth, nestled in a truly spectacular location. We boast amazing river and sea views, perfect for a magical getaway in Devon.

Accommodation:

Our coastal property is perfect for a special stay in a truly idyllic location. Our upside-down house enjoys glorious sea and river views from all the rooms, apart from Crow's Nest which overlooks the woodland.

The house is beautifully furnished and comes with everything you need for a relaxing and tranquil stay. The top/ground floor level has a spacious open plan living space with a snug area including a sofa and TV/DVD player with Netflix. You can also unwind in the cosy lounge that includes comfy seating and a smart TV. Patio doors open onto a balcony area with garden furniture, offering a great spot for a glass of bubbly whilst savouring the views. Inside there is also a lovely dining area with seating for up to 14 people.

Rustle up some delicious food in the recently refurbished kitchen that includes granite worktops, a breakfast bar, electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave/2nd oven, double sink with waster disposer and fridge freezer. A quarterdeck bedroom comes with a king/twin bed and 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has French doors that take advantage of the breathtaking views. The Crow’s Nest bedroom has a king/twin bed with a shower room that forms a self-contained area. A further shower room and cloakroom are also available.

On the lower floor, there is the fabulous flagship bedroom/en suite and conservatory. This is our largest bedroom, offering a lavish suite to enjoy and offering outstanding river and sea views. The suite comes with a king bed, 2 single beds, a dressing room, a conservatory and a large walk-in shower. We also have the Clipper Bedroom and the Spinnaker Bedroom. The former comes with a king/twin bed and the latter has king/twin beds as well. A further bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower and the Anchorage Bedroom includes a king/twin room.

Outside there is a large terraced mature garden, offering a lovely spot to unwind in the afternoon sun.

We in a brilliant location for discovering all that the area has to offer. The town centre and waterfront are just a 4-minute stroll away, home to wonderful shops, fantastic restaurants and superb attractions.
