Castle View Cottage is a beautiful holiday cottage situated in a fantastic location in Marazion with breath taking views of St Michael's Mount and Mounts Bay.

Accommodation

Our holiday cottage sleeps 4 people and there is private off road parking for one car.

First Floor - The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster. There is a separate Dining Room with dining table and four chairs (highchair also available at no extra charge).

The Lounge has comfortable seating for four, LCD TV with Freesat from Sky box, DVD+HD recorder/player, radio/CD player. The Lounge leads through double doors to the Private Garden at the rear of the cottage, which has a garden table and 4 chairs, a Barbecue and a raised Viewing/ Dining Terrace, with superb views of St. Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay.

Ground Floor - Double Bedroom with built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps. Twin Bedroom with built-in double wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater. Next to the Bathroom is a Cloakroom Area, with a Washer/Dryer as well as hanging/storage space for coats, shoes etc.

Electricity and water charges are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, kitchen towel, cleaning and washing up materials are provided at no extra cost. Also included on request are cot, highchair and stairgate. All you need to bring is cot bedding (if applicable).

Visiting Marazion & Exploring Cornwall

Marazion and the surrounding areas are extremely stunning and there are plenty of fabulous beaches to visit and lots to entertain the whole family. Visit St Michaels Mount, just off the coast of Marazion or enjoy a scenic walk on the coastal path. Excellent attractions to visit include:

This holiday cottage is located 300 metres from the beach, shops, restaurants and just 500 metres to the fort and harbour, central to both Waterford and Wexford.

The outstanding feature of our holiday cottage is the fantastic view of the beach and entrance to Waterford Harbour from Hook Head. There is always something going on, a ship going in or out, children on the beach playing, kite surfing, a very colourful sight, or just the tide going in and out. At night Hook Lighthouse flashes across the house every 20 seconds or so. This is a place people come back to again and again. 

This self catering holiday cottage is central to Wexford and Waterford via Ballyhack / Passage East ferry, 6 golf courses within 10 miles on the Waterford side and 6 also on the Wexford side within 30 miles. Located 60 miles from Kilkenny or Carlow and 100 miles from Dublin and 35 miles to Rosslare Ferryport.
