Accommodation
The cottage offers spacious and thoughtfully designed accommodation, featuring a separate lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a large conservatory overlooking the garden. The ground floor also includes a WC and a utility room, providing practical facilities for a comfortable stay.
Upstairs, guests will find a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and three well-appointed bedrooms. The generous master bedroom features a modern en-suite walk-in shower and is furnished with solid oak furniture and bespoke wardrobes. Additional amenities include a television, fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. The master bedroom also benefits from its own private balcony with far-reaching countryside views and steps leading directly down to the garden. The second bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobes, television, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities, while the third bedroom offers twin single beds, which can be arranged together if preferred.
The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering, with WiFi and broadband, central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric cooker and kettle. Four televisions with FreeSat are provided in the lounge, conservatory and two of the bedrooms. Family-friendly features include child-proof stair gates, a high chair and a cot, while all bed linen, tableware, cutlery and cookware are supplied. Safety features include smoke and heat detectors, fire blankets and emergency lighting throughout the property.
Outside, the beautifully maintained garden offers a covered dining area with seating for six, a barbecue, chimenea and sun loungers, alongside vibrant flower beds. Private off-road parking is available for up to three cars.

Just along the coast, Teignmouth provides a lively seaside atmosphere with a pier, traditional promenade and independent shops, while the historic city of Exeter is within easy reach for shopping, dining and visiting its impressive cathedral. Dartmoor National Park is also a short drive away, offering dramatic landscapes, walking trails, wildlife and picturesque villages, making this an ideal location for a varied Devon break.
