Hanna’s Close Holiday Cottages in Kilkeel can be found in one of the last remaining 'Clachans' (medieval-style small settlement) in Ireland. The Clachan is called Hanna's Close. It is nestled near the foot of the Mourne Mountains in County Down.

All retain many of their old features. Modern comfort has been provided with fully equipped kitchens, central heating and pine furniture. There are seven cottages in Hanna's Close and three a short distance away.
No two cottages are the same and each has its own unique appearance and outlook over the Close and nearby mountains. It is truly an opportunity to “Holiday in History” both natural and built.
A very short stroll brings you to Kilkeel River where you have a number of picnic benches and fishing spots.
