Acorn Lodge is in 7 acres of grounds with excellent views across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Wales, plus the surrounding countryside of the Shropshire Hills which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This lovely cottage is situated by Hope Bagot and is just a short drive from the market town of Ludlow.
There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge has a television with built in Freeview/DVD player and comfy seating. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, dining table and chairs.
Outside the decking area has garden furniture. There are two bedrooms, both with en suite facilities. One comes with a king size bed, bath and shower. The other twin bedded or super king bed has a wet room. Hair dryers are in both bedrooms.
The doors are wide and all have electrical fittings which are easily accessible. Bathrooms have various hand rails for your convenience. Centrally heated throughout together with log burning stove and double glazing. All Bed linen, towels, cleaning materials, gas, electricity and logs are included in the letting fee.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding area and guided walks available on request. There is a public transport, post office and a variety of shops within three miles and there are many good eating facilities nearby. Hope Bagot is situated approximately 6 miles east of Ludlow and 4 miles north of Tenbury Wells.
