Hebridean Cottage & South Bank Cottage are a pair of self-catering holiday homes, located in idyllic surroundings, just 4 miles north of Castlebay on Barra in the Western Isles. These holiday homes are perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing break. 

Harbour Cottage and South Bank Cottage, originally built as croft houses, are both based right on the water's edge and command superb views across the Minch to Skye, Rhum and the mainland.

A short car drive from both cottages will take you to the glorious golden sands of Vatersay, Tangusdale and Eoligarry. Barra is famed for its beautiful unspoilt views and at the Traigh Mhor, you will see the plane land on the beach each day. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay with us and we will do our utmost to ensure that you have an enjoyable time on the Isle of Barra. Your host, Eppa, will be happy to help you in any way and to provide information on points of interest locally, such as arranging visits to Kisimul Castle, the ancient stronghold of the Clan MacNeil, or trips to the neighbouring islands.
