The owners aim to provide a comfortable and homely retreat where guests can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. A quality welcome pack is provided on arrival, including essentials such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, freshly baked bread, homemade jam, cereals and fresh eggs from their own free-range chickens.

Inside the holiday home guests will find:

• Fresh linen, towels and a range of quality toiletries.

• Laundry facilities including a washer dryer and ironing equipment.

• Gas central heating, with an additional gas stove in the lounge and an electric stove in the kitchen.

• A gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and fridge.

• Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and iPod docking station.

• A selection of DVDs, books, toys and games suitable for all ages.

• Hairdryer and shaver point.

• Highchair and cot with bedding available on request.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a BBQ area, ideal for alfresco dining. There is also plenty of space for children to play.
