Accommodation

Our stylish lodge offers everything you need for a special getaway. The lodge is dog friendly, offering an enclosed grassed garden for your four legged friend. No charge for dogs and no restrictions on numbers - just check that we match your furry family.

The lodge comes with a well-equipped kitchen for home dining including a full size fridge freezer, microwave, oven, grill, hob, toaster, cafetière and kettle. Enjoy some lovely meals around the dining table that seats 6. After a day on the water, unwind in the lounge and savour the spectacular lake views. Facilities include a 50’’ smart TV, blu-ray and comfy seating.

Two attractive bedrooms are available, a king en suite and a twin/double room. A second shower room is also available. A sofa bed is in the lounge.

3 steps lead to the 40ft wraparound veranda and decking, including suntrap decking with a canopy overlooking the lake. There is also an enclosed grassed garden, with a separate patio with a waterside hot tub, picnic bench and sun loungers. Garden furniture is provided for al fresco dining and there are steps down to a private jetty, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Outside is completely gated for flexible use and dog friendly.

Visiting Tallington Lakes & The Surrounding Area

The range of fantastic family friendly activities on offer at Tallington Lakes include a dry ski slope and tobogganing run, a challenging climbing wall, and a children's playground. In addition, there are many opportunities for fun on the lake itself, thanks to the water activities centre that operates from April to September inclusive.

Why not try kayaking, paddle boarding, open water swimming, or if you fancy something even more active have a go on a jet ski or try water skiing! Fun can also be had via zorbing, and banana boat rides! There is also an open air heated swimming pool, which operates seasonally. There is a (dog friendly) Lakeside Bar and Restaurant onsite within walking distance.

We are in a great location for exploring the area, right on the border of Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire. Head to the delightful Georgian town of Stamford and stroll around the independent shops and try one of the lovely restaurants. You can also visit Oakham and Uppingham, home to lots of lovely boutique shops. Superb attractions to visit include:
