The accommodation features wide access doors and emergency cords, offering three bedrooms, each equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. Upstairs, discover 1 double and 1 twin room, complemented by a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, shower, and WC. On the ground floor, a double room with an accessible en suite wet room provides convenience with handrails, a seat, WC, raised seat, and pull bar.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor fosters social holiday living, complete with a TV with DVD and a basic Sky package, as well as a stereo for added entertainment. The thoughtfully designed kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer, all with wheelchair-accessible spaces underneath. Step onto the covered decked veranda to find a hot tub seating four and a built-in BBQ, perfect for relaxation. Outside, a private patio area with table and chairs awaits.

Our charming property has been beautifully converted to offer high-quality accommodation, perfect for an idyllic getaway. The cottage is tastefully furnished and enjoys a homely feel. The cottage is based on our working sheep farm, offering an authentic rural experience.

You can relax and unwind in our beamed living room after a day sightseeing. The space comes with comfy seating, a TV and a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances including a dishwasher. You can also savour some lovely home-cooked meals in the dining room. A washing machine is in the laundry room to the side of the cottage.

Three attractive bedrooms are available: Hayloft Room, Orchard Room and Wagon Room. The rooms are made up of 2 doubles and 1 twin. We also provide fresh towels.

The accommodation features wide access doors and emergency cords and offers three bedrooms which all have tea and coffee making facilities, TV with DVD, stereo CD player, clock and hairdryer. Upstairs offers 1 king-size and 1 twin room and a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower and WC. Downstairs offers a double room with a monkey pole above the bed if required and a disabled access en suite shower/wet room and WC.

There is something for everyone, especially horse riders and close by are many quiet lanes, local tracks and bridleways for out riding as well as sandy beaches a short distance away to ride on although you would need to box there and obtain permission beforehand.
