The cottage offers views over a pretty waterlily loch and is positioned on the north circular road around Grimsay, providing delightful vistas of the loch, moorland, and sea.

The ground floor of the cottage includes a living room with a multi-fuel stove, a double bedroom, a bathroom with an electric shower, and a well-equipped, brand-new kitchen that opens onto a secluded patio with uninterrupted moorland views. This tranquil space is a favorite among guests.

Upstairs features a double bedroom with a toilet and a twin room. The landing offers a quiet space with a computer desk, overlooking Loch nan Lach (Loch of the Wild Ducks), with the scenic backdrop of Eaval Mountain and Ronay, and Cnoc Mor (Big Hill) in the foreground.
