**The Cottages:**
These two award-winning cottages have been skillfully converted from traditional stone-built barns. Whether you're seeking a cozy escape or a larger group gathering, both cottages can be combined to comfortably host up to 9 people, with room for two cots.

**Seaview Cottage:**
The larger of the two, Seaview Cottage, is a haven of comfort. The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area is the heart of this charming cottage. It features a striking Morso log-burning stove for those cooler evenings. French doors lead to a raised patio area and a generous garden, offering breathtaking views of mountains, sea, and countryside. The well-equipped kitchen is a delight for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with everything you need for a feast.

Downstairs, you'll find a double and triple bedroom, along with a bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. All the linen and towels you'll need are thoughtfully provided.

**Swallow Cottage:**
Swallow Cottage, with its glorious countryside views, is a gem of a stone barn conversion. The open-plan lounge/dining area boasts a king post and truss timbered roof, while French doors lead to a delightful patio area for al fresco dining. Inside, cosy leather and oak furniture complement the toasty Morso log-burning stove, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The kitchen/diner is a fantastic space for culinary endeavours.

A bespoke staircase takes you to a twin and double room, with both rooms sharing a modern bathroom featuring a bath and walk-in shower.

Both cottages are equipped with a 32" LCD HD-ready television, Freeview, an HD DVD player, and a Home Cinema Stereo System with USB connectivity. Your stay begins with a thoughtful welcome pack, including tea, coffee, homemade preserves, and milk.

**Exploring Anglesey:**
Plas Llanfair Cottages are ideally situated for exploring the beauty of Anglesey. A brief stroll or a two-minute drive brings you to the stunning Red Wharf Bay, a haven for beach lovers and rock-pooling enthusiasts. The nearby village of Benllech offers all the conveniences you might need, from shops to restaurants, making it an ideal base for your explorations.

Bodrugan Barton Cottages, Mevagissey, St Austell, Cornwall (Sleeps 1-8)


Bodrugan Barton Cottages are a selection of 6 self-catering cottages that reside on a working farm within the village of Mevagissey. The village is about 5 miles from St Austell in Cornwall. This is a stunning setting surrounded by beautiful coast and countryside.

Shell Seekers Cottage:
This holiday cottage can accommodate 5-6 people in a double/twin en suite, double and single. The front door leads into the porch which has plenty of room for boots and coats. From here you enter the sitting room with a working fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable sofas with books and games. Through to the ‘eat in’ fully fitted family kitchen with cloak area by the back door. French doors open onto a lovely terrace and garden with furniture and barbeque.

Rockpool Cottage:
This holiday cottage also sleeps 5-6. This accommodation has a similar layout and facilities as Shell Seekers.

Rowards Cottage:
This delightful little barn conversion boasts stunning views over 40 miles of coastline. Open plan and very simple, Rowards provides a great base for a single or a couple to explore and relax.

The holiday cottage is well equipped and includes an oven, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, dining table, TV, iPod dock and decking area.

Swallows Cottage:
Swallows Cottage is a barn conversion and has been transformed into this lovely, cosy one level cottage. Its name gives a clue to the happy activity of the visiting swallows to the farm in the summer months.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, cooker and bread maker. The dining/sitting room looks out onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for alfresco eating. There is a working fireplace and logs are included.

This holiday barn can sleep 4 in a double and a double/twin bedroom.

Stables Studio:
Our Studio was created for the purpose of Art courses and has quickly developed into so much more by our customer’s requests. It can now be used for large families or groups, reunions, courses of various types, residential corporate meetings or even stress-busting! Special requests can be accommodated and catering can be arranged by prior arrangement.

This self-catering studio can also accommodate 8 people. There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room which is well equipped.

Woolsack Cottage:
This annexe can be used in conjunction with the cottages for the extra room you may need. The farmhouse has the benefit of 1 en suite annexe which can be a double or twin.

It has a comfortable large room with 6’ double or twin beds, a TV and DVD player.

Area:
The area surrounding the self-catering cottages is ideal for a range of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, wildlife watching, fishing and golfing.

The renowned Maritime museum in Falmouth takes 50 minutes by car. Alternatively, you can potter down the Roseland peninsula to St Mawes and take the foot ferry to Falmouth.

There is a wealth of gardens and National Trust properties within easy distances.
