The large patio doors open into the spacious garden. Roof lights let plenty of natural light into the main space with a fully equipped kitchen, large extendable dining table and comfortable sofa area, with a flat-screen TV. There are remotely controlled blinds to reduce heat gain in summer and to exclude the early morning sunshine for those in the twin bedroom.

There is a snug, cosy sitting room, with a second flat-screen TV and DVD player. The wood-burning stove makes for a relaxed atmosphere in which to unwind on a winter's evening. A comfortable sleeping area, with a separate dressing area on a mezzanine floor, is accessed up the elegant glass and walnut stairs. The blue wet room with central power shower and the utility room complete this part of Barn’s accommodation.

South Side:
At the south end of the Barn, accessed by a separate walnut staircase, is a twin mezzanine bedroom looking out across original barn beams. The twin beds will convert into a superking-sized bed upon request. Below is a luxurious bathroom with a deep bath and separate power shower, toilet and basin. Next to it is a room, which doubles as a study, or it can be converted into a single bedroom and is suitable for less able guests.

Outside:
Two attractive, professionally designed, private gardens. One is an Italian-style pebble courtyard full of structural plants and shapes with a patio and large wooden seated area for group meals; the other is a hidden gem for a romantic evening, catching the setting sun.

The Coach House

The ground floor whilst providing separate areas, naturally flows from the comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove and two sofas, through the hall with the original stable feature, to the lovely dining room with seating for six, and on into the well-equipped kitchen, with a WC beyond. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. French doors open out from the dining room onto the attractive cottage-style garden.

Upstairs:
The stairs lead up to a delightful master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a rain shower. Along the landing is a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and hand shower. The twin beds convert into a superking-sized bed upon request.
