Old Duffus Farmhouse

Old Duffus Farmhouse is a spacious farmhouse sleeping up to eight guests and enjoys views of the ruins of Duffus Castle. On the ground floor, there is a large farmhouse kitchen and dining area with an open fire, along with a range of kitchen appliances. The living room provides a welcoming space to relax and features a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD player and DAB radio.

Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, together with a bathroom with a separate shower and a large shower room. On the first floor, there are two further twin bedrooms and a snug room with seating, a TV and DVD player. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden with garden furniture, fire pit and BBQ.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a charming ground-level cottage sleeping up to three guests, making it ideal for families or couples. The property includes a lovely living and dining area with Freeview TV and DVD player, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The bathroom includes a WC, bath and shower. Outside, there is a private garden with garden furniture, garden hammock, fire pit and BBQ.

Kirktoun Cottage

Kirktoun Cottage sleeps up to four guests and enjoys lovely views across the woods and surrounding farmland. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The sitting room features an open fire, Freeview TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and DAB radio, creating a cosy space to unwind. The family bathroom includes a bath, shower and WC.

Barley Bank
