Rose cottage accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms, along with two cots. Dating back to the early 18th Century, Rose Cottage seamlessly combines modern comforts with original features such as exposed beams and a complete bread oven. Relax in the cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Sky Freesat, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite facilities, a second bedroom with three full-size single pine beds, and a twin room. Step outside and discover the BBQ cabin, seating 14 guests, and a lovely patio area perfect for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.
Orchard House is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in five bedrooms, plus three cots, Orchard House is a converted cow byre offering modern comforts while preserving delightful original features. When the properties are booked separately, guests of Orchard House can enjoy exclusive use of the extra-large BBQ cabin and Bar, adding an extra touch of enjoyment to your stay.
The well-equipped farmhouse kitchen/dining room features a range-style electric cooker with a ceramic hob, tall larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettles, toasters, and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The downstairs twin or super-king bedroom offers an en suite bathroom designed to be wheelchair-friendly, with extra-wide doors to accommodate guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, the north suite features an en suite and an en suite cot room. Two additional rooms offer three and four full-size single pine beds. The south bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed, a single bed, and en suite facilities. Step outside and unwind in the large well-fenced garden or enjoy a lovely patio area with furniture.
