Thoughtfully designed throughout, Dove Cottage is filled with natural light and features exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, brick-and-flint walls and carefully chosen furnishings. Whether welcoming families or groups of friends, the cottage provides a warm and inviting space to relax after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast.
The spacious living area centres around a striking fireplace with a woodburner-style gas fire, creating a cosy atmosphere throughout the year. Comfortable reclining sofas, a Smart TV and an adjoining conservatory provide plenty of space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make entertaining effortless. Modern appliances include a range cooker, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Three beautifully presented bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. The ground-floor double bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and French doors opening onto a private seating area. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with far-reaching views across the marshes and coastline. A twin bedroom completes the accommodation, making the cottage ideal for families and small groups.
Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed decked courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing in the fresh sea air. Practical features include parking for two cars, a lockable bike store and additional gated space suitable for kayaks, canoes or extra vehicle storage.
Visiting the Area
Wells-next-the-Sea is one of North Norfolk’s most loved seaside towns, renowned for its picturesque harbour, colourful beach huts and expansive sandy beach. Visitors can enjoy coastal walks through pine woods and nature reserves, crabbing along the quay, boat trips to see the local seal colonies and easy access to nearby attractions including Burnham Market, Blakeney and the Holkham Estate.
