The Farm House – Sleeps 6

The Farm House welcomes guests into a spacious and stylish country kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, double oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. At its centre, an oak dining table comfortably seats six, and a downstairs cloakroom with WC adds convenience.

The adjoining lounge features traditional black oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace complete with a multi-fuel stove and the original bread oven, creating a warm, rustic atmosphere. Leather sofas provide ample seating, and entertainment is provided through a television with Freeview, DVD and VHS players. French doors open onto a patio and a large private garden – perfect for family relaxation or outdoor play.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a double room overlooking the courtyard, a single room with garden views, and a spacious master bedroom furnished with a double and single bed, tea-making facilities and a private TV. Y Bwthyn – Sleeps 4

Y Bwthyn is a charming barn conversion designed with both character and accessibility in mind. The open-plan sitting and kitchen area provides a welcoming space for relaxation. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

In the lounge, guests can unwind on a comfortable sofa or two easy chairs, one of which is an electric recliner. Entertainment includes a Freeview TV with video and DVD player, while a small dining table and chairs create a cosy dining space.

The two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the property, each with its own en suite. One twin room includes a wheelchair-accessible wet room, TV and DVD player, while the double bedroom features an en suite shower room, TV, DVD and VCR. Outside, a private balcony overlooks the courtyard and gardens, with far-reaching views over the Dyfi Estuary.

The Coach House – Sleeps 6

The Coach House is a spacious, single-level property ideal for families or groups. The large kitchen diner includes a six-seater dining table and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, microwave, and electric oven and hob.

A cosy lounge next door features French doors leading out to a private patio area with outdoor seating – perfect for enjoying the panoramic views over farmland towards the Dyfi Estuary and the Plynlimon range. Inside, the lounge offers a leather suite, gas fireplace, electric reclining chair, and entertainment facilities including a TV, DVD and VHS player.

Accommodation includes two double bedrooms with estuary views and one twin room, along with a family bathroom featuring a bath, power shower, WC and wash basin. Bedding and towels are provided for guests’ convenience.
