About Caedu Cottage
Sleeping up to 12 guests, Caedu Cottage offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by 14 acres of private woodland. With plenty of space to relax, play and explore without leaving the grounds, it is ideal for larger groups.
Inside, the cottage features:
A spacious living room with comfortable seating and TV.
A second lounge, perfect for reading or playing games.
A dining room with seating for 12.
A well-equipped kitchen.
A games room for added entertainment.
An open-plan living/kitchen area with oak flooring, sofas and plenty of space.

The six bedrooms comprise three doubles and three twins, all made up ready for arrival. Families are well catered for, with two cots, stair gates and two highchairs provided. Duvets, fleece blankets and hot water bottles ensure a cosy stay, and all bedding is included.
Outdoor Space
Outside, the cottage boasts a patio area with table and chairs, offering wonderful views across the undulating grounds. The River Lledr runs the full length of the garden, and a natural pool provides the perfect spot for adventurous swimmers.
Exploring Pont-y-Pant & Gwynedd
The location makes an excellent base for exploring Gwynedd and the Snowdonia National Park. From scenic walks to local attractions and outdoor activities, guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to discovering the beauty and adventure of the surrounding area.
