Formerly the farm manager’s house, Kings Orchard is tucked among open fields halfway down the farm drive. Perfect for larger groups, it sleeps 12+ guests in six bedrooms and offers expansive living areas, a large enclosed garden with fruit trees, and captivating countryside views. A small woodland at the bottom of the garden leads towards the estuary and the downs. This secluded property features gas central heating and an open log fire for cosy evenings.
Estuary Cottage
This charming single-storey stone cottage sleeps 4 guests across two en suite bedrooms. Stylishly furnished with a modern, cosy feel, it is set in a peaceful location near the river. Guests can enjoy access through a grass orchard to the water’s edge—a perfect playground for children and nature lovers. With a log burner in the lounge and all rooms opening onto a large enclosed courtyard, it’s ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the serene surroundings.
The Old Farm Shop
A delightful converted dairy and farm shop, this one-storey property now offers comfortable, accessible accommodation for 4 guests. Retaining its original stone flooring, it includes a spacious open-plan kitchen and sitting area, a king-size bedroom with en suite shower room, and a second double en suite. The property is wheelchair-friendly and opens onto a patio and enclosed garden with views across open fields. The Red Lion Pub is a five-minute walk via a scenic footpath.
Kings Hill
Just a five-minute drive from Kings Manor Farm, Kings Hill is a spectacular barn conversion offering light-filled, contemporary accommodation for 12 guests. With six en suite bedrooms, including a self-contained ground floor annexe, it’s designed for comfort and flexibility. Panoramic views stretch across the Hurst Channel and the Needles, and the large garden and patio space provide the perfect setting for outdoor living. (Note: pets are not permitted and there is no pool access for this property.)
