On the west side, a large dining table seats up to 12 guests, adjacent to a cosy lounge area with a fitted media unit tucked into the back of the building. Sofas and armchairs are arranged around a standalone fireplace, creating inviting spaces to relax. Another lounge area features a large 9-seater sofa surrounding a TV unit, with bi-fold doors opening onto a charming courtyard.
The east side of the property boasts a striking kitchen designed with unique features, including a hidden pantry equipped with brand-new appliances. A fantastic electric cooker and hob, along with a double fridge/freezer and sink unit, complete the modern kitchen facilities.
Five modern en suite bedrooms are available, each styled in an individual and quirky manner. Three of the bedrooms feature both baths and showers. The bedroom arrangement includes three super king rooms that can be converted into twins, one additional super king room, and one double room, providing superb comfort and flexibility.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private courtyard, furnished with outdoor sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a gas BBQ—ideal for al fresco dining and socialising on sunny afternoons.
