Sleeping up to six people, Middle Lodge is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The lodge is tastefully furnished throughout and offers a range of excellent facilities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The ground floor features a spacious and bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space includes a Freeview TV, DVD player, and an open log/coal fire, creating a cosy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and other essentials. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, guests will find two further bedrooms, both of which can be configured as either twin rooms or super king doubles. The newly renovated family bathroom upstairs boasts a fabulous free-standing bath and a separate shower, adding a touch of luxury to the accommodation.
Outside, a BBQ area with seating provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining and enjoying the afternoon sun.

Middle Lodge is perfectly positioned for exploring the Upper Tay Valley and the picturesque Perthshire countryside. Aberfeldy, a small and vibrant market town at the heart of the Upper Tay Valley, offers a range of amenities and activities. Visitors can enjoy numerous scenic walks, including along single-track back roads such as the route from Amulree to Kenmore through Glenquaich, offering breathtaking views of Loch Tay.
For those wishing to venture further afield, Edinburgh is approximately a 1½-hour drive away, offering world-renowned attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. Alternatively, Aviemore and the ski slopes of Cairngorm are within reach, making Middle Lodge a superb base for both relaxation and adventure throughout the year.
