The cottage is only two minutes from the village shop and Post Office. There are two inns and a garage close by and an hourly bus service to Salcombe and Kingsbridge.
Within a few miles are many sandy beaches while for walkers along the South West Coastal Path there are spectacular sea views and small villages along the way with old world pubs offering good food and local brews.
