Inside, the property offers bright and welcoming accommodation designed with comfort in mind. A spacious hallway leads into a light-filled living room where large windows overlook the surrounding greenery. Comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with Blu-ray player, a Wii console and a cosy reading corner create an inviting space to unwind after a day of exploring.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a large range cooker with gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a generous fridge freezer. A dining table provides the ideal place to enjoy meals together, while the adjoining utility room includes a washing machine, toilet and wash basin for added convenience.

Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms, both enjoying plenty of natural light and far-reaching views across the countryside towards the sea. East Runton is a welcoming seaside village offering everything needed for a relaxing coastal holiday. Just 1.3 miles away lies the popular seaside town of Cromer, easily reached on foot via a scenic countryside route passing the historic windmill or by following the spectacular coastal path leading to Cromer's famous Victorian pier. Mill Haven also sits within the beautiful Runtons, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it an excellent destination for walkers, birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.

For those wishing to explore further afield, the picturesque villages of Blakeney and Horsey Gap are both within easy driving distance, offering visitors the chance to see Norfolk's famous seal colonies in their natural habitat.

Mill Haven welcomes up to four guests and is ideal for families, couples and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal escape.
