Landrace Cottage offers self catering accommodation in Carlton Miniott near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. We are ideally situated for exploring the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, as well as the northeast coastline. Our holiday cottage can sleep up to 4 people and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Our holiday home has 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room & 1 twin bedroom. The en suite shower room has a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.

Outside is a large, private gravelled sitting/garden area with open views to the paddock and fields beyond. A table and chairs, parasol and barbeque are available for al fresco dining.

A welcome pack is provided with a few necessities for a relaxing start to your holiday.

Situated in the picturesque village of Carlton Miniott in a lovely, peaceful location with views over open countryside, the cottage is just two miles from the charming, traditional market town of Thirsk. 

North Yorkshire is home to beautiful countryside and both the Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales are within comfortable driving distance. The city of York with its wonderful architecture, museums, theatres, restaurants, bars and shops is 25 miles by road or just 20 minutes by train from Thirsk Railway Station which is 1 mile from the cottage.
