Accommodation

We have 4 cottages to choose from, Swallow, Kingfisher, Woodpecker and Barn Owl. Each cottage is tastefully furnished and enjoys a homely feel. All the cottages come with an open plan living area consisting of lounge/diner and kitchen, bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Outside each cottage, there is a veranda with a table and chairs, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

You can enjoy an exclusive spa experience with Cripps River Spa, offering an array of spa packages and holistic therapies, as well as exclusive use of the hot tub, sauna, shower, and sitting area.

Barn Owl Cottage

Our delightful ground-level cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and washing machine. Unwind the lounge that has a TV, DVD player comfy seating. Bedrooms consist of 1 double and 1 twin. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Kingfisher Cottage

We offer modern accommodation in this cosy cottage. The ground-level cottage has an open plan living area with a TV, DVD player and seating. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. The bedroom has 1 super king or two singles on request. A bathroom has a shower.

Swallow Cottage

Our fantastic cottage is perfect for a relaxing stay in the country. The ground-level cottage has an open plan living area with a TV, DVD player and seating. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. The bedroom has a king-size bed. A bathroom has a shower.

Woodpecker Cottage

We offer superb accommodation in this ground-level cottage. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and washing machine. Unwind the lounge that has a TV, DVD player comfy seating. Bedrooms consist of 1 super king room which can be made as 2 singles and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Handley Farm Holidays offer beautifully appointed self catering holiday accommodation in Somerset outside of Waterrow near Taunton. These self catering accommodation and luxury B&B Barn Suites are set in acres of beautiful farmland, woods and ponds, with wonderful walks, beautiful sunsets and endless views. They also have an abundance of natural wildlife to observe. On the farm we have horses, sheep, chickens, ducks and goats.

The Cider Barn can sleep up to 6 people and has a luxury feel throughout. It has an open plan kitchen which enjoys wonderful far reaching views of the Somerset countryside at one end of this open plan room, with a tastefully furnished sitting room area at the other. The sitting room area also benefits from having a log burner and wonderful exposed beams.

The Old Stables is a beautifully converted stable block. The luxurious bedroom comes with a king size bed with freestanding roll top double ended bath, TV and lovely furnishings. The en suite bathroom comes with a large shower. This superb hideaway is perfect for couples looking for somewhere special to stay. Outside there is a small courtyard to enjoy.

The Dairy Cottage sleeps up to 4 people. One bedroom come with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The other bedroom has a zip and link super king bed which can bed made into two singles. The en suite has a shower.

For those who love fishing you are welcome to enjoy our course fishing pond which is completely free of charge to our guests, all you need to do is bring your own rods. There are also plenty of attractions and places of interest in the local area that all the family will enjoy this includes:

To Rest A While is a lovely shepherds hut situated on a working farm near Wells in Somerset.

Situated between Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills Primrose Hill is within easy reach of all that West Somerset has to offer. Come and stay at Primrose Hill in our comfortable self catering Bungalows with amazing sea and moorland views.

All our bungalows are furnished and equipped and maintained to a high standard. The kitchens are fully fitted and have a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Additional freezer space is provided in the laundry room. The lounges are bright, roomy and comfortable with Freeview TV and Wi-Fi and a DVD player.
