Each holiday cottage at Sullington Manor Farm is equipped with modern amenities to cater to guests' needs. These include a combination boiler providing hot water at all times and central heating as needed, a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels (one hand towel and one larger towel per person) are provided, with guests advised to bring their own beach towels. Fuel costs are included from June to September.

Similar to Byre Cottage 3, Byre Cottage 4 includes an original Victorian stone step and a hallway leading to an open-plan living/dining room with kitchen. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The cottage also offers a private patio with barbecue, furniture, herbs, and a shared lawn with garden furniture.
Guests at Sullington Manor Farm can enjoy a range of on-site facilities, including an outdoor heated pool available from May to the end of September, a tennis court, a table tennis table, outdoor toys for younger children, and private patio areas. The farm offers numerous footpaths and walking trails, including the renowned South Downs Way. Children are welcome to collect fresh eggs daily from the farm's free-range hens, and meeting Pepper and Birdie, the farm spaniels, is a highlight for many guests.
