Our gorgeous cabin is ideal for a magical stay in a scenic countryside setting. The cabin sleeps up to 4 people and boasts a range of home comforts to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The cabin seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors, offering glorious views over the meadow and farmland. Unwind in the fabulous open plan living area which comes with a toasty wood burner for the winter months, a TV and comfy seating. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which includes a two-ring gas hob, a small fridge with an ice book and a range of appliances. Enjoy some home-cooked food around the dining table.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available: a double and twin room, including a private en suite shower and a separate toilet with a hand basin. The beds are ready-made and blankets/linen/towels are provided.

Outside there is a wooden veranda with furniture, great for a glass or two whilst savouring the views. A firepit with a BBQ cooking grill is perfect for huddling around whilst gazing at the starry night sky.

We are in a brilliant position for visiting a range of attractions in the area. Head to the Southwold Maize for a great family day out or visit the quaint fishing town of Aldeburgh and stroll along the picturesque seafront. Walk round the stunning lake at RSPB Minsmere or enjoy a lovely meal at The Kings Head in Yoxford. Excellent attractions to visit include:

Rosliston Forestry Centre Lodges, Rosliston, Swadlincote, Derbyshire (Sleeps 1-10)

Rosliston Forestry Centre offers self-catering accommodation near Swadlincote. The cottages in Derbyshire are in a popular woodland retreat. They provide a perfect base for exploring the local area. Our young woodland site has meadows, ponds, a fishing lake and play areas. This offers the opportunity to enjoy a range of pastimes and activities.

We have something for everyone. Accommodation, talks, workshops, parties, guided walks, activities, meetings and school visits are all available.

Each lodge is made from FSC-certified timber from sustainable sources. The accommodation is set in its own area of the blossoming woodland. The tastefully furnished lodges feature central heating, double glazing and flat-screen TV. They are fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and oven.

The cabins are fully accessible for people with disabilities and we have a range of special equipment available for a small hire charge. This includes travel cots, high chairs, medical beds and hoists.

Cedar Lodge:

Cedar Lodge can accommodate 8 guests. An additional two guests can be catered for using the sofa bed in the lounge if required. Three bedrooms are available. 2 bedrooms have twin beds and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Up to 2 pets welcome.

Chestnut Lodge:

A specially adapted, four-bedroom lodge which can cater for up to ten people. Three of the bedrooms can be used by a guest in a wheelchair. The toilets in this lodge are assessable from both sides and there are two extra-large shower rooms. One is ideal for wheelchair users. A specially designed kitchen made for chefs in wheelchairs with adjustable worktops and special needs utensils is available. Chestnut lodge has emergency pull cords in all rooms.

Oak Lodge:

Oak Lodge has three bedrooms. Two are twin rooms, one has double bunks and there is also a bed sofa in the living area. Two bathrooms are available. One is suitable for persons with mobility needs. Oak Lodge offers self-catering accommodation for 8 people. It is well equipped and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and digital television. It also has an outside barbeque and garden area. Up to 2 pets welcome.

Sycamore Lodge:

Sycamore lodge has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests plus 2 on a sofa bed. It has wheelchair access and a disabled wet room and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Rowan Lodge:

Rowan Lodge is a two-bedroom holiday lodge. The beds can either be twin single or king size doubles. The specially adapted wet room with a separate toilet is wheelchair accessible. The log cabin has additional decking. Ideal for lazy days of summer relaxing and barbeques.

Birch Lodge:

The two-bedroom wooden lodge comes with disabled access. The beds can either be twin singles or king-size doubles. The specially adapted wet room with a separate toilet is wheelchair accessible. This lodge has additional decking. Ideal for lazy days of summer relaxing and barbeques.

We offer 6 acres of beautiful gardens, a wildflower meadow and grass paddocks to complete a magical experience in the country.

Our 4 outstanding cottages offer everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The spacious cottages are surrounded by idyllic farmland and are nestled at the end of a private no-through road. We also have a quarter-acre pond which is well-stocked with double-figure carp, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, koi carp and sturgeon.

All the cottages boast an array of luxurious facilities, including solid oak floors, roaring log burners, a flat-screen TV with satellite, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and beautiful bathrooms. A wonderful open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting area comes with a range of facilities and a large fireplace with a wood-burning stove will keep you warm in the winter months.

Brock Cottage:

Our superb cottage offers everything you need for an unforgettable break in the country. The cottage sleeps 4 people in two en suite rooms, a double and twin/super-king bedroom. Wyre Forest Cottage Self Catering Accommodation, Buttonoak, Kidderminster, Shropshire (Sleeps 1-4)

Wyre Forest Cottage Self Catering Accommodation consists of two properties situated in the ancient forest of Wyre on the Shropshire / Worcestershire border. There's loads to do, either challenging or restful to suit each person's tastes.

Manor Holding Cottage The kitchen/scullery opens off the dining room and is comprehensively equipped with double fan assisted ovens, 4 burner gas hob, multi-speed fan extractor hood with high-intensity lighting, capacious fridge and freezer, washing machine, double sink and drainers, microwave, airing racks, external washing lines, toaster and hot beverage station. The traditional stone bread oven is no longer in use but makes a convenient wine cellar. The kitchen is furnished with ample pots, pans, and cooking tools of all sorts for baking, roasting, stewing, steaming, poaching, frying, etc. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (1 super king size double and 1 twin). Opening off the entrance hall downstairs there is a cosy snug or study with WIFI, CD player and TV point, a larger sitting/dining room with DVD/TV and super-efficient wood burning stove, and an under stairs cupboard crammed with useful things, including garden games equipment. It has a separate, enclosed and sheltered front garden with two lawns, embracing an intimate, suntrap patio, as well as shady seating arbours for hotter days.

Manor Holding Byre is an elegantly proportioned small barn, built of handmade brick of an almost glowing, naturally mottled warm orange colour, well over a century ago on the foundations of a previous stone building. The Byre has one twin bedroom accessed via the external loft stairs and a full height living room downstairs, with kitchenette and wet room shower/toilet off. There is also a sofa bed downstairs. It has been restored using appropriate materials including matched handmade brick, natural stone, green oak and old clay tiles, in keeping with its original character. New casement windows complement the style of the original adjacent cottage windows. The Byre is naturally warm and full of sunlight, as all the numerous windows have high-performance double glazing, and walls and roof are well insulated. White painted walls, and invisible under-floor central heating throughout reinforce the light and warmth. It is south facing onto the parking yard, looking out into an ancient orchard, and over a small rural valley to the rear.

Buttonoak is a great base from which to explore Shropshire. Track wildlife in the 5 acres (2 hectares) of wildflower meadows and ancient orchards; or in the adjacent ancient woodland and National Nature Reserve.

Get close up and personal with big game wildlife at the West Midlands Safari Park and let your hair down at the funfair afterwards. Catch a steam train to the past along the verdant Severn 'Gorge'; on the Severn Valley Railway from Bewdley, Arley or Kidderminster.

We are within 2 miles of the Atlantic Highway, offering easy access to many attractions in Cornwall and Devon. We have a bus stop outside the gate and there are lots of lovely walks including the South West Coastal Path.
