Glen View Shepherd’s Hut

Glen View Shepherd’s Hut offers a peaceful and cosy retreat for two. Lake District Log Cabins in Haverigg offers wonderful self-catering accommodation in two gorgeous log cabins. Our Cumbrian cabins are perfect for a relaxing break in a beautiful area of the Lake District.

We have two charming log cabins available, No Worries lodge (sleeps 4) and Seclusion Lodge (sleeps 5). Travel cots are also available. The lodges can be combined to sleep 9 people. Both lodges are beautifully furnished and even offer a luxurious hot tub to soak your troubles away in. Outdoor festoon lighting ensures you can take a relaxing dip late in the evening.

Inside the cabins, there is a well-equipped kitchen for cooking up a feast, including a microwave, fridge freezer, oven & hob. You can also unwind in the open plan living areas after a busy day sightseeing, with a selection of games and books available.

No Worries sleeps 4 in 2 double rooms. A family bathroom and an additional WC are also available. Seclusion sleeps 5 in 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. There is an en suite shower room and a family bathroom comes with a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the lake view.

Haverigg is a beautiful area to explore, with a 3-mile golden sandy great for families and dog friendly.
