Seals can often be seen basking on the nearby beach, with otters also spotted in the area, highlighting the rich wildlife found on Arran.

Millhill Front House offers charming self-catering accommodation in Lamlash on the Isle of Arran. We enjoy stunning views over the beach, perfect for a magical coastal holiday.

Our wonderful house sleeps up to 4 people and boasts spectacular views over the sea and Holy Isle from the conservatory, lounge and patio areas.

The tastefully furnished house comes with a comfy lounge, dining area and a sun-filled conservatory with Freeview TV and A DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a modern galley kitchen including an electric hob and cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one spacious super king-size room and another with twin beds. Both rooms share a shower room with a toilet and an electric towel rail. All bed linen and towels are included.

Outside there is a small garden to the front of the patio and garden furniture is provided for al fresco dining.

We are only a 10-minute walk to the village centre which has a range of shops, restaurants, pubs, a bowling club, golf club and yacht club. The area is also great for hill walking, mountaineering, cycling, touring and horse riding.

The cottage has recently been refurbished and modernised to a very high standard. It is the perfect location to escape to the country and unwind, relax and remove the stress of the hustle and bustle of modern life. The property has outstanding views over Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle and is situated across from Lamlash village green.

Lamlash is a great base for exploring Arran, which is one large outdoor adventure playground that has something or everyone. It has excellent eateries and pubs for the evening and many coffee shops for during the day.

If it is adventure you want Arran is the right place for you. There are numerous beautiful walking routes several starting on the door step directly from Lamlash. Walks range from the leisurely to the more strenuous ie. going up Goatfell (2,866 ft) or if you are a mountaineer the mountains can offer many challenges. Cyclists are a common site on the roads and bikes/e-bikes are available to rent in Brodick.
