Modern Self-Catering Accommodation
Sleeping up to four guests, Boulder House is beautifully furnished in a contemporary black and white style, complemented by smooth charcoal-coloured floor tiles throughout the ground floor.
At the heart of the cottage is the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. French windows make the most of the spectacular sea views and lead towards a large decking area furnished with a table and chairs. It is a wonderful place to relax with a drink while taking in the scenery.
A wooden path leads to a second decking area even closer to the sea, providing another peaceful spot from which to appreciate the coastal surroundings.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. A separate utility room provides a washing machine, while the property benefits from oil-fired central heating.
For cooler evenings, the comfortable living area features a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy atmosphere after a day spent exploring the Highlands. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a wet room and toilet.
Comfortable Bedrooms with Sea Views
Upstairs are two attractive double bedrooms, both featuring Velux windows with blackout blinds and dormer windows overlooking the sea. Guests can wake to beautiful views across Gruinard Bay and watch the sunrise appearing over the surrounding hills.
There is also a sofa bed on the landing and a second toilet on this floor. Bed linen and towels are included for guests.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request, making the cottage a convenient option for families with young children.
