Originally erected in 1745, our dwelling seamlessly marries historic charm with contemporary comforts. Guests are treated to views of serene woodlands and the sprawling estate, a testament to the property's timeless allure.

Within the spacious living room, relaxation takes centre stage. Furnished with a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and an inviting wood-burning effect stove, the ambience is both cosy and refined. Board games and three comfortable sofas further enhance the homely atmosphere. The family room, a more intimate space, features its own TV, Blu-Ray player, and a selection of board games, with French doors opening onto the inviting paddock.

The heart of the home, our contemporary kitchen, boasts a Rangemaster cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. An island breakfast bar with two stools invites you to enjoy your morning routine. In the separate dining room, an elegant solid oak dining table accommodates up to eight, creating a perfect setting for shared meals.

Ascending the stairs, four bedrooms await. The master en suite room boasts a king-size bed, while the front double room offers its own en suite facilities. The green and blue bedrooms, both twin rooms, provide a peaceful reprieve. All bedrooms come complete with bed linen and towels, and we happily accommodate families with provided amenities like a travel cot, high chair, potty, stair gates, and booster seat upon request. The centrally located family bathroom boasts a generous bath with a shower.

The exterior of the house beckons with beautiful gardens, featuring picnic benches on the front patio and a sprawling paddock to the rear. A charcoal BBQ awaits, promising delightful al fresco dining experiences.
