Croft Court is a seafront apartment block built in the 1960s on the site of the former Zion House. It comprises a mix of private residences and holiday accommodation, enjoying an elevated position overlooking Carmarthen Bay, Tenby Harbour, Castle Hill and the two lifeboat slips, offering impressive coastal views.

Accommodation
Apartment 3 Croft Court is located at the front of the building on the ground floor, with its own private entrance and direct sea-facing aspect. It provides comfortable four-star accommodation, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge and dining area includes a sofa, chair and dining table with chairs, along with a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a radio.

The spacious bedroom features a double bed, with bed linen provided and the bed made up prior to arrival. There is also ample storage space for guests’ belongings. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a full-sized electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge with a four-star ice box and a washer-dryer. Additional appliances include a toaster, kettle, iron and hairdryer, along with cleaning materials and kitchen linen.

The shower room includes a glass-fronted shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, as well as a shaver point. Towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The apartment benefits from full gas central heating and constant hot water, with thermostatic controls throughout and no additional charges for gas or electricity.

Free parking is available in the Croft Court car park, with a designated space for the apartment and additional spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Permits are provided by the caretaker.

Visiting the Area
Directly opposite the property, quiet cliff-top gardens provide a peaceful place to relax while enjoying views of the sea and town, with steps leading down to North Beach. Tenby is a picturesque seaside town known for its colourful harbour, sandy beaches and historic charm. Visitors can explore the medieval town walls, stroll along the harbour or unwind on North and South Beach. Boat trips run to the nearby Caldey Island, home to a working monastery and tranquil walking routes.

The surrounding area also offers easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for scenic walks, as well as nearby attractions such as Saundersfoot, with its harbour, shops and places to eat.

Tredinney Farm Self Catering, St Buryan, Penzance, Cornwall (Sleeps 2-5)

Tredinney Farm Self Catering offers two self-catering cottages on a working farm situated near Crows-an-Wra just five miles from Penzance and Land's End.

The Cottage:

This is a delightful, quaint, but charming holiday cottage which can sleep from 2 - 5/6 persons having a pleasant, sheltered and secluded garden with a picnic table, ample parking and a barbecue area. Reduction for smaller parties except in high season. There are three bedrooms, all with good comfortable beds; double with a 4'6" bed, single, with a 3' bed and the third is a downstairs bedroom, en suite and a 4'6". Cot and folding bed available. The bathroom/toilet is upstairs.

The sitting room has an open-beamed natural wood ceiling, a television with a DVD and video player and an electric convector heater. Wireless internet access is available. The kitchen/dining room looks out onto the garden and is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron, etc. Electricity is metered £1, and water is heated by electric immersion. There is a shed alongside The Cottage containing an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest-deep freeze. Linen is supplied and the beds have duvets. High chair available. The cottage has central heating and wi-fi.

The Roost:

The Roost is a new barn conversion, that sleeps up to 4 persons and is a 'reverse-level property', tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard offering a panoramic landscape. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room. Upstairs is an open-plan area. A beautiful oak kitchen and dining area one end and the sitting room opening out onto a balcony with patio table and chairs; both with spectacular views of our countryside. Parking, garden with barbecue, farm trail, sky television, wi-fi, electricity and central heating included. Lovely walks across open farmland direct from the front door.

Visiting St Buryan & Exploring Cornwall:

Ideally located for numerous beaches and attractions, the cottages lie in the middle of beautiful countryside and is also within easy driving distance of the Cornwall Coast Path. A short distance, on the north coast of the peninsula you can visit locations used in the filming of Poldark such as Botallack and Levant and on the south of the peninsula is the tiny hamlet of Porthgwarra which features in the series.

Swallow Barn, Holton, Halesworth, Suffolk (Sleeps 1-4)

Swallow Barn is a delightful single-storey self-catering holiday cottage in Halesworth, Suffolk. Guests may benefit from the use of a private indoor heated swimming pool. It is called Swallow Barn because of the many swallows that used to return to nest in the rafters each summer.

Accommodation:

The barn has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a large sitting/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower, one of which has been specially equipped for use by disabled guests.

The holiday cottage has oil-fired central heating and solar panels to heat the hot water. The sitting room has a cast iron log-burning stove as well as a TV with Freesat TV and a DVD player. There is also a radio and CD player.

Swallow Barn has a fully enclosed south-facing terrace with a table, chairs and a barbeque. It is set in spacious grounds with plenty of safe playing space for children and access by a rural footpath to the small market town of Halesworth. The cottage is equipped to a high standard and has easy, level access for wheelchair users.

The owners’ private indoor heated swimming pool is available to guests by individual arrangement at a small extra charge. The 28ft x 14ft swimming pool is to be found in a purpose-built, Scandinavian-style timber hall. It comes with a changing room, shower and WC facilities. Both pool and hall are heated by a sophisticated solar-powered system, backed up by oil, to a constant 29C. This makes swimming a most enjoyable experience throughout the year. The pool overlooks the garden and the paddock and includes a pleasant sitting area where you can relax after a swim.

Visiting Holton & Exploring Suffolk:

Only 1 mile away is the fabulous market town of Halesworth, home to local shops, pubs and restaurants. You can visit also the scenic coastal town of Southwold, just a short drive away. The RSPB sanctuary at Minsmere is a haven for bird lovers and is home to an amazing range of birds. You can also visit the interesting towns of Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh, both easily accessible by car. Further attractions to visit include:

We are just 4 miles from Dounby Village where you will find shops, a pub, a cafe, fuel and a pharmacy. Closer to home there's a local shop & post office well equipped should you need them. We are just a minute's walk from the Orkney Brewery and there is great brown trout fishing to be had at both Boardhouse and Harray Lochs.

With everything you could need nearby, the cottages are still located within easy driving distance of both Kirkwall & Stromness. If you want to eat out there are some good restaurants close by.
