Robertstown Holiday Village Cottages are located in the heart of County Kildare is just 50 minute's drive from Dublin, Wicklow, Kilkenny and Meath home of some of Ireland’s great must-see tourist attractions; however, you don’t have to leave Kildare to have fun excitement, fine dining and great shopping experiences.

About The Cottages:

There are 8 cottages available which can sleep up to 5 people. Bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin and sofa bed.

The kitchens in our holiday homes are equipped with everything you might need. In the living room, you’ll find a cosy sofa and armchairs around the open fire.

Robertstown Holiday Cottages are located in the village of Robertstown with three pubs, a Post Office, a Chinese takeaway, a grocery shop, a mini market and wonderful walks.

County Kildare is home to some of the finest stable yards in Ireland with three racecourses on The Curragh, Naas and Punchestown. It is a mixture of thriving towns with Naas and Newbridge superb shopping areas and the renowned Kildare Village retail outlet. These are nestled beside the beautiful rural paradise of the Japanese Gardens & St Fiachra’s Garden and the world-renowned Irish National Stud & Horse Museum. The Irish National Stud is home to some of the world’s most famous horses.

For the walkers out there, we have the Grand Canal towpaths, which take you along the stretches of Ireland’s historic waterways. The Grand Canal is also renowned for coarse fishing with good catches of Bream, Hybrids, Pike, Rudd and Tench with stands at Ballyteague (disabled friendly), Robertstown and Digby Bridge. The rivers Liffey, Barrow and Slate are nearby for the more adventurous fisherman.

Heritage Wharf Bungalow is situated in the idyllic Cheshire countryside overlooking a picturesque marina by the Macclesfield Canal in Scholar Green, near Stoke-on-Trent. The bungalow provides spacious self-catering accommodation surrounded by beautiful scenery and attractions.

The self-catering bungalow sleeps a total of 13 people in 5 bedrooms.

There is an open plan living/dining room that has a solid fuel fire, TV, DVD player, CD player, dining table and views of the Cheshire Plains. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and utility room. The kitchen includes a Range cooker, tall fridge, chest freezer, dishwasher and double sink.

The larger stretches of the canal pass through Braunston. The Ashby Canal and North Oxford have a variety of great public houses with delicious food. Lots of excellent attractions are in the local area:

Mallards, Bude, Cornwall (Sleeps 1-10)

Mallards offers luxury self-catering accommodation. This unique cottage in Cornwall is on the side of a canal and only half a mile from Bude. We are in a beautiful location and have our own private jetty and boat.

Mallards was once a steam laundry and before that a timber mill, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage can sleep up to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 10.

The lounge is on the 1st floor of the holiday cottage and is a light, spacious room. You can enjoy wonderful views of the canal and surrounding countryside. 

Mallards is a perfect cottage for a relaxing stay with family or friends. A large choice of things to do is nearby. The beaches and town centre are so close that you don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Older children can be largely independent. Bude is more easily accessible by car than most places in Cornwall, being just over an hour from Exeter and with traffic jams hardly ever a problem.
