Capplebarrow Coach House, Longsleddale, Kendal, Cumbria, Lake District National Park Sleeps 1-2

The Coach House, situated in the Lake District National Park, was built of natural stone in 1863 and converted to a holiday cottage in the 1960s. Much of the original character still remains, the exposed beams being the main feature.

The Coach House can accommodate 2 people and is arranged over two levels. The first-floor rooms have excellent views of the surrounding fields, fells, woodland and farmland. Throughout this attractive little cottage, there are a number of pictures, ornaments and decorative plates that help to create a relaxed and homely atmosphere.

The accommodation comprises of one double room with a super king-sized bed, lounge with dining area, log burner, shower room and fully fitted kitchen. It has Hyperfast broadband (B4RN) and a Smart TV.

Situated in the beautiful Longsleddale Valley, the self-catering accommodation is ideally situated for touring, climbing, walking, pursuing a hobby or interest or just relaxing. The valley has changed little in several hundred years with farming the main occupation. The river Sprint runs the length of the valley and there are splendid views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The cottage is alongside the main house but is completely self-contained and has its own car-port and patio. Visitors are welcome to use the garden and barbecue facilities.
