Y Beudy – Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms) – 5 Star

Y Beudy features a spacious open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. A large family dining table seats eight guests comfortably.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a tastefully designed living area finished to the highest standard, complete with wraparound seating, two large three-seater leather sofas, a two-seater sofa and an electric log-burning stove creating a warm, cosy atmosphere. A TV and board games are also provided.

There are four en suite bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one twin and one double) and two upstairs (one king and one double).

Yr Efail – Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms) – 5 Star

Yr Efail is a luxury, secluded hideaway approached via country lanes, perched right on the coast with panoramic views across the sea and Holyhead Harbour. The surrounding countryside is rich with wildlife and natural beauty.

The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area has a coastal theme and stunning sea views. The lounge offers breathtaking coastal vistas, seating for six with two- and three-seater sofas and an additional chair. The living space is decorated in coastal colours and features local artwork, a TV and board games.

Accommodation includes one ground-floor double bedroom with en suite shower room, plus two upstairs bedrooms (one king and one twin), both enjoying sea views and shower facilities.

Cwt Drecs – Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms) – 5 Star

Cwt Drecs offers a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave, along with a sociable round dining table seating six. A TV/DVD is also provided.

The inviting lounge features a half-circular five-seater sofa and two additional relaxing chairs, creating a sociable space for guests to unwind.

There is one ground-floor king bedroom with bathroom, and two upstairs bedrooms (one king and one twin), both with en suite shower rooms.

Y Stabal – Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms) – 5 Star

Y Stabal includes a well-equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining table seats six guests.

The lounge offers a brand-new corner sofa and two-seater sofa, complemented by an electric log-burning stove that creates a cosy and romantic atmosphere. Patio doors open onto a seating area for six, where guests can enjoy the morning sun.

There are three upstairs en suite bedrooms: one king, one double and one twin.

Visiting Llanfwrog & Exploring the Isle of Anglesey

Penrhyn Farm enjoys direct access to a beach and miles of Irish Sea coastline. The setting has inspired countless artists over the years and offers a large sandy beach on one side, and a shell-strewn beach with sheltered coves, shrimping pools and fascinating Pre-Cambrian rock formations on the other.

The area is ideal for water sports, fishing, sailing and kayaking enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy time on Penrhyn Farm’s own beach or take a five-minute walk to Sandy Beach, which offers a mile of golden sand, stunning scenery and excellent opportunities for crab fishing and sandcastle building. The beach is also popular for water skiing, kayaking and boat launching.

Putsborough Cottages offer a choice of three self-catering holiday properties set in the peaceful hamlet of Putsborough, just half a mile inland from the award-winning sands of Putsborough Beach. This relaxed coastal location provides an ideal base for a North Devon escape, with beautiful beaches, scenic coastal walks and excellent surfing all close at hand. Whether guests are seeking outdoor adventure or a slower pace by the sea, the cottages offer comfortable and well-located accommodation for couples and families alike.

The Anchorage – Sleeps 7

The Anchorage is a spacious and stylish detached Devon longhouse, ideal for families or groups of friends. A large gated driveway provides ample private off-road parking and leads to a practical porch area, perfect for storing shoes and outdoor equipment.

At the heart of the property is a generous bespoke kitchen, designed for cooking and gathering together, complemented by a separate dining room for relaxed meals or special occasions. The main living room offers comfortable seating along with a TV and DVD player, while additional cosy seating areas can be found in the rear hallway and an upstairs snug, which also includes a TV and a sofa bed. Two staircases lead to the first floor, where there are two attractive bedrooms, one of which benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, an adjacent bathroom and an additional WC located off the utility area, providing excellent facilities for larger groups. Outside, a warm outdoor shower is ideal after days spent at the beach. Across the driveway, a fully enclosed garden with lawn and large patio offers sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and a Weber barbecue, creating a safe and relaxing space for al fresco meals and laid-back evenings.

Manor Farm Cottage – Sleeps 6

Manor Farm Cottage is a charming 16th-century, oak-beamed, thatched retreat, beautifully refurbished to accommodate up to six guests. The cottage is surrounded on three sides by secluded gardens, offering a peaceful and private setting.

The front door opens into a small hallway leading to a comfortable lounge and dining area with Freeview TV. From here, guests access the well-equipped kitchen, which includes an eye-level oven, hob, fridge, microwave, breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. The main bathroom, with bath, shower and WC, is located off the kitchen.

A ground-floor double bedroom overlooks the western garden, while upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, along with a cosy twin room. Linen and towels are provided, and a cot and high chair are available on request. The gardens can be accessed from both the front and rear of the cottage, and a Weber barbecue is supplied for summer evenings. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Thatch Cottage – Sleeps 4

Thatch Cottage is a characterful 16th-century, oak-beamed property, thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard and ideal for up to four guests. A small, secluded garden lies to the eastern side of the cottage.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, and through to a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A stable door opens from the kitchen into the garden, where outdoor furniture and a Weber barbecue make summer dining a pleasure.

The cosy lounge-diner features comfortable seating, a Freeview TV, electric fire and night-storage heating, with complimentary Wi-Fi included. Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms, one double and one twin, with linen and towels provided. A cot and high chair are also available if required.

Guests staying at all three cottages benefit from complimentary parking at the multi-award-winning Putsborough Sands beach for the duration of their stay.
