The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and the en-suite bathroom offers a bath with an overhead shower. Guests have access to a private seating area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Brocklebeck Cottage is another ground-floor studio that caters to couples, offering stunning views through a large arched barn window. It includes a king-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with a sofa and smart TV/DVD. The cottage's en-suite bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, and outside, there is a private seating area with a BBQ and a picnic lawn.

The Sett is the largest of the three Barn Cottages, accommodating up to four guests. It retains much of its 19th-century charm with original stone walls, wooden beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The cottage has two bedrooms—a master and a spacious twin—and a family bathroom with an over-bath shower. The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Outside, there is a fellside garden with a patio and BBQ, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The gardens and grounds of Brackenrigg are ideal for guests of all ages. Children can enjoy the adventure play tower and the paddock, while adults might appreciate the tranquil spots for relaxation and the chance to observe local wildlife, including badgers, foxes, red deer, and a variety of birds.
