The charming self catering accommodation sleeps up to 12 people and is comfortable and fully furnished, with full central heating. There is a rustic kitchen which has a 4 door AGA cooker with an adjoining utility room next to a large dining/reception area.

The dazzling cottage is fortunate to be in such scenic surroundings. Excellent hiking routes go right past the garden and Ben Rinnes, the highest peak in Moray is nearby. A multitude of local outdoor activities and wildlife watching are available and The Glenlivet Estate Office in Tomintoul will give you full details.

Locally the nearest small shop/post office is in Ballindalloch. The villages of Aberlour and Dufftown and slightly larger Grantown-on-Spey are all a short drive away. Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands, is a short drive away.
