Ideally suited for just two people, the property is a charming barn conversion built in beautiful Cotswold stone. It is on 2 floors, the upper galleried floor being reached via a spiral staircase. It sits in communal grounds giving access to the lovely brook and has its own private patio area.
The ground floor consists of a galley kitchen which extends into the dining area which in turn opens onto the cosy lounge area. Both lounge and dining areas have been furnished in a contemporary style and the lounge area has a digital television that receives all the Freeview channels along with a DVD player & iPhone Dock.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor which boasts a luxuriously furnished galleried bedroom with king-size antique bed and additional wall-mounted TV. There is a large, bright bathroom with full size bath and shower over.
Outside is a small private patio and garden area, benefiting from its sunny position, is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The communal grounds are open to all guests and lead down to the tranquil area alongside the rippling brook with is magnificent overhanging willow tree. Here you can sit at the picnic table and enjoy watching the ducks. A truly idyllic retreat.

Blockley is sometimes known as “the secret village in the Cotswolds”. It is a hillside village glowing with the characteristic honey colour of local stone-built houses, that nestles in a fold of the Cotswold Hills. It is situated midway between the market towns is Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden, once the centre of the wool trade. The village has an attractive medieval parish church, a general store/post office, two village inns, a delightful coffee shop and an Italian delicatessen and gift shop.
