This beautifully converted farmhouse is on the edge of Rhosgoch, a hamlet close Painscastle and just a short drive from the historic market town of Hay-on-Wye. Being located so close to the England/Wales border makes us a great base for visiting a huge variety of attractions and places of interest.
Upon entering the farmhouse, you will realise the amount of care and attention to detail that has been put into every aspect of this holiday home. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and finished to a high standard. Sleeping up to 8 people, it is the perfect base for families and groups of friends who want to explore the surrounding countryside. Amenities and features include:

An evening around the campfire, under the stars is also an experience not to be missed.
Rhosgoch is in a beautiful part of Wales, close enough to places of interest, but secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of modern-day living.
A short drive and you can reach the market town of Hay-on-Wye. Settled beside the River Wye, it’s renowned for its world-famous Hay Festival of Literature and with its many specialist bookshops, antique shops, restaurants and cafes, it’s a popular destination for holidaymakers wishing to enjoy the leisure activities and beautiful scenery of the Wye Valley.
Builth Wells can be reached within a pleasant drive and is home to an 18-hole golf course, a pony trekking centre and a selection of amenities, plus each July it plays host to the Royal Welsh Show.
